Ticket Information

Tickets are available here for the Tales of the Macabre and all MORTUARY LIVE! Events. Show types and availability are shown on the calendar on the ticketing site you will be brought to when you click BOOK NOW.

You must enter The Mortuary Haunted Mansion LIVE! Experience promptly at the time listed on your ticket. We ask that your arrive on the front steps and be ready to enter 10 minutes before the time listed on your ticket, waiting with other guests in the same time slot at the entry until scanned. If you are late, you may have to reschedule if the next time slot has no availability.

I.D. Age Verification will take place before entry after 6pm. No one under 21 will be served alcohol. If an underage person purchases a regular show time full price ticket online and shows up after 6pm any night, they will be allowed to do the experience, but with a mocktail.

Each ticket is valid for the date and time listed ONLY. To help us prevent scalper fraud, your credit card and ID are required for entry. Service fees apply and can be identified as Eerie Ventures, LLC on your credit card statement.

(Dates, Times, & Prices are subject to change. If your reserved time is cancelled, management will work with you to reschedule if possible. No refunds. If you want to reschedule your reservation go to the original email confirmation that you received, CLICK where asked if you did not print your tickets yet.
